Leave a Lasting Legacy: Your Name in the Auditorium Seats
We are thrilled to offer an opportunity to permanently link your name to the heart of our performing arts space. For a one-time sponsorship of $500, you can claim a seat in the first five rows of our newly renovated auditorium.
Your sponsorship is commemorated with a custom-etched plaque, permanently drilled into the wooden armrest of your seat. Whether honoring your family name, a graduating senior, a favorite teacher, or a "In Memory Of" tribute, your legacy will remain as long as the seat itself. Should any sponsored seat need to be replaced or repaired, your name will be transferred to the new chair.
PLEASE NOTE: This sponsorship is a naming honor intended to support our programs; it does not reserve a seat during event attendance, nor does it include performance tickets. To ensure a fair and organized experience for all families, the school does not designate sponsored seats as "reserved" for performances. Because our events range from ticketed events to open-seating school events, maintaining a flexible seating plan allows us to accommodate the maximum number of guests.
The school budget provides a functional space, and our students deserve to be performing at a professional level that matches their talent. This campaign funds the 'Extraordinary Extras' that bridge the gap between a standard classroom and a professional-grade stage and experience:

UPDATE: We are thrilled to share that funds raised through the first round of our Auditorium Seat Sponsorship Campaign have already made an impact! Village Enrichment contributed over $28K toward the labor and installation costs for the auditorium sound system upgrades completed over the summer. Plaque Engraving: Please enter the exact name or wording you would like engraved on your seat plaque. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation before submitting.
Seating Preference & Assignment: Please select your preferred seating area: Left, Center, or Right. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. Once your donation is received, we will assign the best available seat(s) in the premier rows and notify you of your seat assignment(s). Specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.

Tax-Deductible: As a donation to VSEO (a 501(c)(3) non-profit), your $500 sponsorship is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. You will automatically receive a receipt from the online website once your donation has been made. Please retain this receipt for your records and tax filing purposes.
